Our return policy applies to wholesale orders. We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the goods, provided that the items are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. Returns must be pre-approved by contacting our customer service team and obtaining a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a credit or replacement, depending on your preference. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and restocking fees may apply. Customized or special orders are non-refundable.
